❌ Don'ts
Don't start construction without the building permit — unauthorized construction can be demolished under the TNCDBR Act
Don't deviate from the approved plan — even minor deviations require a revised plan submission and fresh approval
Don't apply for electricity or water connections without a Completion Certificate — connections will not be granted legally
